**Now Hiring 1st Shift Machine Operator in York, PA!** Shift: 7am-3pm M-F Pay: $18.75-$26 based on experience **Job Description** We are a contract manufacturer specializing in the medical and industrial sectors, including satellite internet and switches. Over the past two years, our growth has doubled, and we anticipate an additional 40% growth by 2025. Our specialties include conductive printing, ablation, biosensors, and drug devices. We are looking for production associates (machine operators) who can make immediate impacts. Ideal candidates will have previous printing experience, which will be advantageous in evaluating product quality and understanding the job requirements. **Responsibilities** + Basic operation of semi-automatic press equipment and automatic equipment + Set-up and operate various printing support machinery with both pre and post print applications + Operate various drying/curing machinery + Perform routine machine maintenance + Keep workstation clean and organized + Load and unload product from various stations + Inspect and troubleshoot machinery **Essential Skills** + Previous printing experience + Experience working in a clean room type of setting + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed + Complete understanding of basic math and English measurements + Basic mechanical aptitude **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation + Troubleshooting skills **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
