**Machine Operator / Metrology Technician $18-22 an Hour!!** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for two open positions: Diamond Turning Machine Operator (1st shift) and Metrology Technician (2nd shift). These roles involve working in a clean room lab environment with flexible hours for the 1st shift and a fixed schedule for the 2nd shift. **Responsibilities** + Perform set-ups on diamond turning CNC machines + Align parts of the machine and run repetitive inspection tasks + Load and unload parts from the machine following detailed work instructions + Perform detailed documentation in a SharePoint document + Assist in other clean room lab tasks as needed + Utilize calipers, micrometers, and gauges for measurement + Calculate math conversions for fractions to decimals + Perform measurements of optical lenses with high attention to detail + Work with scientists to report data and gather information + Name files, move data between servers, and perform data entry + Operate CMM machine and perform tests on various parts + Utilize cloud platforms and Microsoft Excel for data management **Essential Skills** + High attention to detail + Computer skills and data entry experience + Mechanical aptitude + Experience in metrology, CMM operation, and clean room environments + Proficiency with calipers, microscope, and blueprint reading + Experience with CNC machines **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have a high school diploma or GED + Experience performing repetitive work tasks + Experience within manufacturing and machine operation is preferred + Quality inspection experience is a plus **Why Work Here?** Join an AI-driven technology company that uses nanotechnology to solve global challenges.
