**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating LOB or LOS machines. LOB machines include punch presses or other presses that cut or drill holes to blueprint specifications, while LOS machines are similar to screen printers but use laser technology for circuit boards. You will also be required to read and understand blueprints, perform documentation of work via computer, ensure daily production goals are met, and move completed materials around the facility. Additionally, we provide boot reimbursement. **Work Environment** 2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Monday – Friday). 3rd shift: 10:30 pm – 6:30 am (Sunday – Thursday). Overtime is mandatory on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Mandatory OT on 3rd shift (Friday night) while 1st/2nd shift is off. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.10 - $20.10 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
