**Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant**
**Job Description**
We are seeking motivated and reliable Machine Operator Assistants to join our team in Biddeford. In this role, you will support the lead operator with the basic setup and operation of the machine. This position requires performing machine checks, monitoring operations, and basic troubleshooting to ensure efficient production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist the lead operator with machine setup and operation.
+ Perform routine machine checks and monitoring.
+ Conduct basic troubleshooting of machine issues.
+ Consistently move and lift 30+ lbs, and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic math skills
+ Computer literacy
+ Problem-solving abilities
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs
+ Strong communication skills (read, write, speak at a high level)
+ Attention to detail
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6 months of related experience
+ Ability to work overtime as needed

**Work Environment**
This position is located in a manufacturing facility working with corrugated cardboard materials. The production floor is active with forklifts moving around, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00
