**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Seeking two Machine Operators for a coating and conversion line. The successful candidates will work with high volume equipment, setting up, operating, and cleaning machinery on a daily basis. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work on your feet all day. **Responsibilities** + Operate roll to roll coater and other high volume equipment. + Set up and breakdown machines, load materials, and run new substrates through rolls and ovens. + Clean machines, pumps, and dies throughout the day. + Monitor machine operations, checking for creases, tears, and abnormalities. + Use computer controls to set parameters and follow setup guides for specific jobs. + Switch out rolls for new jobs and continue running multiple jobs a day. + Use cranes to assist with heavy loads. + Check task board and work in designated areas on specific sheeting lines. + Run machines solo or with a team, varying daily. + Load and unload coated rolls, cut rolls to specific lengths, and monitor for defects. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years experience in manufacturing and production environment operating machinery (preferably CNC). + Good mechanical aptitude. + Presentable in front of clients. + Ability to read and use tape measure. + 2+ years experience in an industrial environment (warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, landscaping, etc.). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. + Flexibility in tasks and responsibilities. + Attention to detail and adherence to processes. + Reliability and ability to consistently perform daily tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a focus on diversifying the business towards more stable and profitable contract manufacturing.
