**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and organized work area, perform routine machine adjustments, and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and safely. You will document production activities, conduct maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Flexibility and the ability to handle materials and products through heavy lifting and long periods of standing are essential. **Responsibilities** + Maintain a clean and organized work area by adhering to standard operating procedures. + Safely perform routine adjustments to ensure machines run smoothly. + Execute all assigned tasks efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe. + Consistently follow safe manufacturing practices when operating machinery. + Accurately document daily production activities using paper and electronic forms, such as Microsoft Excel. + Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise to minimize downtime. + Be flexible and willing to take on other tasks as assigned by supervisors. + Perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs throughout the day to handle materials and products. + Maintain a fast pace while standing for up to 10 hours to meet production demands. + Inspect molding material, cut to size, touch up, and join components to ensure quality. + Safely climb ladders as needed to access materials and equipment. + Consistently meet daily production goals to maintain workflow efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read a ruler and pass a ruler test. + Experience in operation, production line, and assembly line. + Proficiency with tape measures. + General production and assembly skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Flexibility to work overtime as needed. + Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6 am to 2:45 pm. **Why Work Here?** For 25 years, we have been handcrafting superior quality custom-embossed diploma and certificate frames, serving over 2,800 institutions and organizations internationally.
