Machine Operator | $25 | Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $25 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pmLocation: Eagan, MinnesotaTemporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for mixing chemical batches by following standard formulas, applicable instructions and current standard operating procedures. Responsibilities: Review daily mix schedules and ensure the raw materials required are availableFollow mix instructions and accurately add raw materials to the mixes manually, using pumps or mixing systemsPerform routine observation of product during the mixing and filling process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustmentsProperly clean out all mix tanksOperate for trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product  Qualifications and Requirements: High School diploma, Ged or equivalent1 year of mixing experience (chemical mixing a plus), experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and tracking mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc)1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)Must be able to simultaneously mix several tanks and accurately completed related documentsMust be able to read and match numbers on shipping records, labels, raw materials and finished goods  Benefits and Perks: $25 per hourHealth, Dental and Vision InsuranceWeekly payTraining & Growth Your New Organization:A global leader in premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets.
