**Job Title: Chipper Operator | $28.69 HR | DIRECT HIRE** **Candidates Must Be Open to ALL Shifts** **Responsibilities** + Operate mill gun to sand and deburr metal parts + Sand and grind edges of aerospace blades and wheels + Perform visual inspections of aerospace parts + Operate hand and power tools + Use hand cranes to move parts into work area **Essential Skills** + Experience within a heavy manufacturing environment + Experience operating Heavy Industrial Machinery (Stamping Presses, Punch Presses) + 2+ years of Heavy Industrial Machine Operating experience + Ability to read blueprints and drawings + Comfortable working in hot and cold environments + Experience with documentation for inspection + High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) + Willingness to work all shifts + Willingness to work overtime (up to 64 hours per week) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.42 - $28.69 **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
