**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Operate and maintain machines to ensure production meets safety and quality standards. Perform troubleshooting as needed and participate in the training of colleagues and temporary workforce. Perform preventative maintenance tasks and communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues daily.
**Responsibilities**
+ Run machines and perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting as required.
+ Train and be capable of running all machines as instructed.
+ Perform all material handling related functions.
+ Load and remove parts from machines.
+ Communicate in a timely manner with team leaders and mechanics.
+ Move (push, pull, or otherwise manipulate) materials up to 30 lbs.
+ Perform repetitive operations following standard methods or direct instructions, using judgment to detect and clear misloaded parts.
+ Be alert to detect and remove defective material and follow SDN work instructions for non-conforming material.
+ Ensure a constant flow of components to run machines efficiently.
+ Report unusual conditions or faulty operations to proper supervision in a timely manner.
+ Complete all required paperwork thoroughly.
+ Other duties as assigned by team leader and/or superintendent.
**Essential Skills**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Experience in production, general labor, general production, assembly, packaging, and inspection.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
