**Job Title: Machine Operator** We have two openings for machine operators to work independently on the night shift from Sunday to Wednesday. The role involves monitoring machines and ensuring the coal passes through correctly. Operators will pull small samples of coal from the machines, place them into bags, and send them back to corporate. Responsibilities also include monitoring machines for any red flags and calling in repairs when necessary. The job requires climbing ladders and working on the ground in a very dirty, outdoor environment. **Responsibilities** + Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and coal passage. + Pull small coal samples from machines and place them into bags for corporate review. + Observe and report any machine red flags and coordinate necessary repairs. + Climb ladders and perform ground-level tasks as needed. + Work in a very dirty outdoor environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + General labor skills. + Loading and unloading capabilities. + Strong computer skills. + Maintenance skills and mechanical repair aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation. + Inventory management. + Assembly and picking experience. **Work Environment** The position is based in a coal plant, which is a very dirty and outdoor environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
