**HIRING!!! Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. This position offers an hourly rate of $20-$21 and requires flexibility in work assignment with potential cross-training in various departments. The role involves working on a 2nd shift from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, with potential overtime and occasional Saturday shifts. **Responsibilities** + Operate laser welding machines with attention to detail and adherence to SOPs. + Perform quality checks on welded products. + Assist in different departments, including radius grinding, material picking, open arbor, and laser stamping. + Handle small parts for grinding and shaving segments to match core radius. + Pull materials to feed the production line and assist in production when needed. + Engrave products using a laser stamper. + Shift between various production roles and work site locations as assigned. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of machine operator experience. + Ability to lift 35-50 lbs. + Basic knowledge of fast-paced production environments. + Basic math skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Basic computer skills, including experience with Windows applications. + Ability to follow SOPs and pay attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written. + Good attendance record and punctuality are essential. + Willingness to learn and help out in various production departments. + Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and team-oriented work environment with opportunities for permanent hire based on performance. Proper PPE, including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses, is required.
