Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are now hiring machine operators in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will be operating manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products. We are seeking motivated individuals with a willingness to learn.

ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products.Ensure the equipment is running efficiently and safely.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.Follow all safety protocols and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsWillingness to learn and excited to work.Ability to communicate effectively in English.Comfortable with the change to 12-hour shifts, constant walking, and standing.Ability to lift 35+ lbs.Work Environment

You will be working in a large open manufacturing warehouse. Long extruder machines are operated and monitored by one operator. Currently, there are 20 people working in production. Schedules are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (7-3, 3-11, 11-7) and will switch to 12-hour shifts in June (6-6 both day and night), rotating with some weekends required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
