Our client, a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in Corona, CA. The ideal candidate will assist in operating and maintaining Barberan printing machines to ensure high-quality production and smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring Barberan printing machines following production standards.Interpret work orders and production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines.Conduct routine machine inspections, addressing performance and quality issues promptly.Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machinery.Collaborate with production teams to meet safety and production goals.Monitor material flow to prevent errors or defects.Report equipment issues or delays to supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.Experience with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting preferred.Familiarity with production schedules and work orders.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 100 pounds with assistance.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.Prior experience in printing or the corrugated industry is a plus.

Pay & Schedule:

$19.00 – $25.00.Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Flexibility for overtime and weekends required as needed.
