**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** + Operators are responsible for ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high-quality products, and finishing product packaging. + Duties include inspecting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, completing paperwork and data entry, assisting in packaging areas, and cross-training on other machine operation tasks. + Regular communication with other operators, quality techs, and the area supervisor is required to ensure smooth operations. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of machine operating experience in a production environment + Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs + Troubleshooting + High-speed production + Preventative maintenance **Pay** + $22-28/hour **Why Work Here?** + Direct hire with a full benefits package, including 3 weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on start date). + There is significant advancement potential. + Advancement is skill-based, allowing candidates to move up quickly as they learn new tasks and skill levels. + An attendance incentive of an additional $3 per hour is available. **Job Type & Location** This is a permanent position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $47236.00 - $47236.00 Attendance Incentive: $3/hr increase Eligibility Requirements: *30 days of employment *On time to start and punching in from breaks *Does not leave early or call in **This is per pay period.
