Job Description
Working in a manufacturing setting and operating machinery to ensure they run properly for production. The machinery is mostly automated and needs to be inspected and calibrated appropriately. Depending on the machinery, this could be a fast-paced environment where you must closely monitor the work you are doing. You must also document the products that come through the machines.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated machinery to ensure proper production.Inspect and calibrate machinery as necessary to maintain standards.Document the products that come through the machines.Perform general labor tasks as needed.Work as auto assemblers or auto pack production workers.Essential SkillsExperience in production and general labor.Experience in machine operation and machine operating.Familiarity with packing and packaging processes.Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift.Data entry skills and ability to count to 100.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus.Light assembly line experience is advantageous.Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a warehouse with a distinct smell due to the products being handled. There are different rooms with varying temperatures for certain positions. The facility has a few forklifts, and appropriate PPE must be worn at all times, including hairnets while on the floor. Expect some variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust, and other atmospheric conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Earth City, Missouri.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
