Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our very fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating a tube bending machine and/or laser machine, ensuring precise and accurate production according to layouts and templates. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesSet up, adjust, and operate bending machine and/or laser machine.Follow layouts and templates for machine setup.Ensure bent parts are within tolerance using proper measurement and inspection equipment.Remove parts that do not meet accuracy standards.Complete and document all required paperwork.Perform first articles as needed.Operate hoist, cart caddy, and manual pallet jack.Essential SkillsMinimum six months metal tube bending experience required.Knowledge of bending equipment and the ability to adjust and solve problems as needed.Ability to operate and/or read a tape measure, calipers, protractors, blueprints, and process sheets.Ability to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, write, and understand).Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.Additional Skills & QualificationsStable work history with no frequent job changes.Proficiency in using measurement and inspection equipment.

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25
