Urgently Hiring Machine Operator's for Cable Manufacturing Company in Florham Park, NJ - All Shifts Available

Pay: $25/hour ; Overtime: $37.50/hour (a lot of overtime offered)

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am

Location: Florham Park, NJ

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of high-quality cables. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent mechanical skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of cables.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Record production data and complete required documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00
