Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. With a focus on maintaining safety standards and optimizing production processes, you will be instrumental in driving our success.

Shifts for this role are available Sunday - Thursday, 3:00; PM - 11:30 PM. Experience in printing, cutting and\/or packaging is highly desired.

Duties\/Responsibilities:\n\nPerform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates smoothly.\nFollow operational guidelines and procedures for safe and efficient machine operation.\nOperate mechanical or computer-operated equipment with precision and accuracy.\nPrepare machinery for daily use and conduct regular inspections for safety and performance.\nTrain other team members on machinery operation and safety protocols.\nConduct quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.\nMaintain accurate records and reports on equipment, inventory, and safety incidents.\nCollaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.\n\n

Required Skills\/Abilities:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.\nSolid understanding of production procedures and equipment operation.\nAbility to interpret and implement blueprints, schematics, and manuals.\nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills.\nNumerically oriented with a focus on accuracy.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure.\nStrong interpersonal skills and customer focus.\nWillingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.\n\n
