**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to assist in the operation of Flexo machines at our facility. You will play a critical role in producing corrugated boxes by feeding raw cardboard material into the machines, which will fold, stack, and package the boxes. The role involves working in a loading/unloading capacity and requires cross-training in various tasks. The ideal candidate must be capable of reading a tape measure to prepare materials and be physically capable of lifting 20-40 lbs consistently. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the operation of Flexo machines to produce corrugated boxes. + Feed raw cardboard material into the machines. + Operate in a loading/unloading role in front of the machines. + Consistently lift 20-40 lbs. + Read a tape measure to prepare material. + Perform machine setups and adjustments as needed. + Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards. + Operate a forklift when required. + Be open to cross-training and performing various tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of manufacturing experience, excluding small product hand assembly. + Ability to lift 20-40 lbs consistently. + Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure. + Experience with machine operation, setups, and adjustments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that takes great pride in its facility and has invested $10 million in new equipment over the last decade.
