First Shift Opportunity! **Job Description** We are a contract manufacturer serving the medical and industrial sectors, including satellite internet and switches. Our company has doubled in growth over the past two years and plans for an additional 40% growth in 2025. We specialize in conductive printing, ablation, biosensors, and drug devices, and we work extensively with FDA and ISO standards, including ISO 9001. We are seeking production associates (machine operators) who can make immediate impacts. The ideal candidate will have previous printing experience, which will significantly aid in learning the job and evaluating product quality. **Responsibilities** + Operate semi-automatic and automatic press equipment + Set up and operate various printing support machinery for pre and post-print applications + Operate drying and curing machinery + Perform routine machine maintenance + Keep workstation clean and organized + Load and unload products from various machines **Essential Skills** + Basic operation of semi-automatic and automatic press equipment + Experience in general production and machine operation + Familiarity with printing processes + Ability to inspect and troubleshoot machinery + Forklift operation experience + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed + Understanding of basic math and English measurements + Basic mechanical aptitude **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous printing experience is highly desirable + Experience working in a clean room environment **Work Environment** We currently operate a first shift with common hours from 7 AM to 3 PM, though some employees work from 6 AM to 2 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM. Our facility is clean, well-lit, and environmentally controlled, with ongoing capital improvement projects. Some areas are designated clean rooms. Our dress code requires company shirts, which are provided, and sneakers; shorts and leggings are not permitted. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
