Key Responsibilities:
Rotary Grinding: Operate and maintain rotary grinding machines to ensure precise material removal and high-quality finishes.Surface Grinding: Perform surface grinding tasks, ensuring flatness and smooth surface finishes to meet exact specifications.Belt Grinding: Set up and operate belt grinding equipment, achieving consistent and uniform finishes on various materials.Precision Milling: Utilize precision milling machines to produce components with tight tolerances and exact specifications.Conduct quality checks and measurements to ensure all products meet required standards.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Work Experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience in rotary grinding, surface grinding, belt grinding, or precision milling.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Able to do work solo - introverts thrive here! Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.What We Offer:
