ResponsibilitiesMix adhesives according to formulas.Conduct first piece inspections.Set up and operate machines according to procedures.Maintain cleanliness of machines and adjacent work areas to SQF standards.Utilize satellite containers for hazardous waste.Report quality issues to Laminator Operator I or management.Verify the correct calculation of adhesive amounts needed for jobs.Determine necessary impression rollers and cut/resurface to specifications.Assist the operator with adding adhesive and changing raw material rolls.Operate the machine during breaks.Participate in performance system activities such as 5Star, Pillar Teams, Audits, and Near Misses.Essential Skills6+ months of machine operating experience.Experience lifting up to 50lbs per day.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Safety awareness when loading and unloading products.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience operating a machine for a packaging company.Experience in a GMP company is a plus.Previous lamination experience.Experience setting up machines.Experience in corrugated packaging or printing.Coating or solvent-based mixing/operating experience.Training in safety protocols.Ability to take measurements.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $22.44
