**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team for the 1st shift, from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves operating six different types of machines, loading parts, pressing start/stop buttons, and performing quality checks as required. The parts handled weigh between 20-50 lbs, necessitating lifting, twisting, and bundling. Additionally, the Machine Operator will be responsible for entering orders into the computer, checking parts for quality using measuring devices, packaging and labeling finished parts, and completing necessary paperwork. **Responsibilities** + Operate six different types of machines by loading parts and pressing start/stop buttons. + Perform quality checks on parts using tape measures and other measuring devices. + Lift, twist, and bundle parts weighing between 20-50 lbs. + Enter orders into the computer system accurately. + Package and label finished parts efficiently. + Complete required paperwork promptly and accurately. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of manufacturing experience. + General production and assembly skills. + Experience with machine operation and mechanical tasks. + Ability to operate a forklift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance, voluntary life insurance, employee discounts, a 401K employer match, PTO, paid public holidays, a referral program, and an Employee Assistance Program.
