**Machine Operator** Over $20/hr to start!! Interview ASAP Great Work opportunity **Job Description** We are currently looking for machine operators (internal job title: web handler) to join our team. Our facility comprises two sections: ARx, which is related to medical/pharmaceutical products, and AR, which focuses on basic adhesives. As a machine operator, you will be involved in the three main steps of our adhesive production process: mixing, coating, and slitting. You do not need prior experience with these processes but must be willing to learn and participate in all aspects of production. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery involved in the mixing, coating, and slitting processes. + Use a small hand truck to maneuver barrels around the floor. + Set up mixers to stir materials for specified periods. + Calibrate machinery to apply adhesive to materials. + Cut coated materials to customer specifications using slitting machinery. + Assist with packaging and labeling materials for shipping. + Train on the first shift for 3-5 months if assigned to the second or third shift. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (PPO), dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability, voluntary life insurance, employee assistance programs, a 401(k) plan by Vanguard, and vouchers for Red Wing steel toe boots and prescription safety glasses.
