Our client in the Belcamp, MD area is looking to hire a Machine Operator for their location. As an active member of the production team on the plant floor, the Operator is responsible for making quality products in the most efficient way possible. The position will work closely with all of the members of the plant and will report to the Department Manager. Must be willing to be trained in all phases of Mechanical Power Presses and Lockout/Tagout and demonstrate competency prior to completion of training.

The Day-to-Day:

Daily production paperwork.Spoilage accumulation by the hour, to be assisted by the line mechanicMaintain and monitor the quality and spoilage, assisted by line mechanicRun a pre-set line as needed.Remove simple jams.Maintain a Safe working environment.All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaMust be able to work independentlyFunction well within a team environmentExcellent communication skillsMulti-tasking and organizational skills are essentialAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Pay-Rate/Shifts:

$20.00 /hrMonday to Friday3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
