Job Title: Machine Operator - C Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating the Mill machine that bends metal into pipe form and performing various maintenance tasks. You will work in a relaxed and supportive environment, with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

ResponsibilitiesOperate the Mill machine to bend metal into pipe form.Change out metal rolls every 2-12 hours.Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical repairs, quality checks, and adjustments on machines.Understand the basics of 3-phase, 480-volt systems to call for major electrical repairs.Perform minor welding tasks to connect metal strips (training provided).Conduct basic preventative maintenance on the machine.Essential SkillsExperience with calipers and micrometers.Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.Experience in machining, maintenance, mechanical, or fabrication roles.2 years of experience in troubleshooting and running machinery.Knowledge of preventive maintenance.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Willingness to learn welding techniques.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 years of maintenance and welding/fabrication experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Training lasts 3-6 months and is typically on 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The plant employs around 100 people across four shifts and is a non-union shop. We provide a very safe and friendly workplace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00
