**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator, commonly referred to as a 'CNC Button Pusher'. The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, experience in machine operations, and proficiency in using inspection micrometers. You will be responsible for loading and unloading parts from machines that are pre-programmed, with robotics conducting all movement. The role includes alternating between grinding and CNC machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC machines and grinding machines.
+ Load and unload parts from the machine.
+ Conduct inspections using micrometers.
+ Ensure all movements are performed by robotics as programmed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Two or more years of experience in thermal coatings operations.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Experience in machine operating.
+ Proficiency in using inspection micrometers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
