Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for our Tumbler operations. The position offers competitive pay with differentials for 1st and 2nd shifts. The primary responsibility involves removing heavy flash lines and surface defects from products using Rock or Centrifugal Tumblers.

ResponsibilitiesTimely and efficiently finish products delivered to the work area.Follow prescribed procedures for finishing different product types.Assist in managing workflow.Load and unload Tumblers.Separate product from tumble media using the sort tables.Maintain product separation and traceability.Record process information on MO cards.Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning.Learn other finishing functions.Maintain adherence to company policies, safety/ergonomic standards, and good housekeeping practices.Understand and implement health and safety policies and integrate health and safety considerations into daily work activities.Perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Essential SkillsGeneral labor skills.Mechanical aptitude.Ability to lift 35-50 lbs daily.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Eager and positive attitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo experience neededPast production/manufacturing experience is a plus.Spanish-speaking only is acceptable.Motivated to learn and work hard.Willingness to grow within the company.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility specializes in rubber parts for the aerospace industry, featuring injection molding machines and hot presses. It operates under lean six sigma principles and is highly organized. While the machines can get hot, the facility is equipped with AC units to maintain a comfortable temperature. This is an ITAR facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
