**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production or warehouse environments and be capable of standing for extended periods. You will work on the packing line handling vinyl parts for window frames, ensuring they are properly stacked and recorded. **Responsibilities** + Work on the packing line handling vinyl parts for window frames. + Stand on your feet for 12 hours a day. + Lift and stack 10-15 lb parts off the machine for packaging. + Work off basic work orders to record part numbers. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of production or warehouse experience preferred. + Ability to stand for 12 hours a day. + 1 year of labor or packaging experience preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, labor, packaging, and production roles. **Why Work Here?** Our contractors will receive a $1.00 raise, increasing their pay to $17.00 or $18.00/hr once taken on directly after the 4-month contract. Unlimited overtime is available throughout the year! Additionally, there are reviews every 3 months that typically result in a $0.50 raise. There are many opportunities for advancement, not only in pay but in job duties. Contractors can move into roles such as machine operators, line leads, and materials handlers. We also offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. **Work Environment** The facility is very large yet kept in excellent condition. It contains a lot of machinery, as the company manufactures window frames. Contractors are required to wear steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses and gloves are provided depending on the area worked in. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plum, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
