Machine Operator
**Machine Operator** This position is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met for the assigned machine group through the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of the machine. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot assigned machines to ensure quality standards are met. + Use grinding tools and mechanical techniques to maintain machine operations. + Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools to ensure precision. + Read and interpret blueprints to guide machine operations. + Operate a forklift and handle materials as needed. + Work with drill presses and other production machinery. + Maintain consistent production flow and meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing experience. + Previous experience in machine operating. + Forklift operation and material-handling experience. + Ability to use all gages and gaging techniques required. + Thorough understanding of SPC. + Basic computer knowledge. + Knowledge in ISO/QS requirements. + Good teamwork skills. + Solid math skills for blueprint reading, gaging, and SPC. + HS Diploma/GED or relevant experience. + Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with grinding, mechanical work, and light industrial tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a sign-on bonus starting at $1,700 and referral bonuses up to $5,000.
