**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** This is a machine operator position located in Sussex, WI. The operator will be responsible for running a variety of machines associated with running small, medium, and large bails of paper. The machine will run the paper through different applications, depending on the machine. Some machines will apply an adhesive to the paper while other machines will do printing tasks. **Responsibilities** + Operate various machines for processing small, medium, and large bails of paper + Run paper through different applications, such as adhesive application and printing tasks + Perform setup and adjustment of machines as required + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met + Utilize hand tools and tape measure for precise adjustments and measurements **Essential Skills** + 1 year or more of recent machine operating experience + Ability to lift 50lbs + 1 year or more of setup and adjustment experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor and production tasks + Proficiency with hand tools + Ability to use a tape measure accurately **Why Work Here?** Our workplace offers a small business environment with a family-like atmosphere, promoting a sense of community and support among employees. **Work Environment** Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.
