**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to manufacture medical nails and screws. This role involves bending, lifting, standing, and loading metal rods into machines. Additionally, there are shift differentials with a 5% increase for second shift and a 10% increase for third shift. **Work Environment** Machine Operation and Sterile Packaging shifts are as follows: 1st shift: 5:30am-2pm (M-F), 2nd shift: 1:30pm-10pm (M-F), 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am (Sunday-Thursday). Non-Sterile Packaging shifts operate on a 4-day workweek: NS Shift A (Mon-Thur 3:30am-2pm or Tues-Fri 3:30am-2pm) and NS Shift B (Mon-Thur 1:45pm-12:15am or Tues-Fri 1:45pm-12:15am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monument, Colorado. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
