Job Description Insight Global is looking for a sharp Form in Place (FIP) Operator to join a custom manufacturer and distributor of advanced polymers and components. As a Form-In-Place Gasket (FIPG) Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to apply liquid gasket materials to components, ensuring precise and consistent sealing solutions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products. This is a contract role with competitive hourly compesation and option to elect in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage. Both 1st and 2nd shift schedules are available for this position. Shift schedules: - 1st shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm PST - 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 1:30am PST Day-to-day responsibilities are as follows: - Set up and operate FIPG equipment to apply liquid gaskets to specified components. - Inspect and measure components to ensure conformance to specifications. - Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain proper application and curing of gasket material. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of FIPG equipment. - Record and maintain production data and logs. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve any issues and improve processes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
