Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location:** Lincoln, NH
**Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour + 12% Shift Differential
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate various machines, including press production, braid winding, lathe, and crimping machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
+ Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings.
+ Accurately record the number of parts produced, both good and scrap.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards and report any defects.
+ Maintain safety and productivity standards while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
+ Machine operator experience is preferred but not required.
+ Basic reading and math skills.
+ Ability to follow directions and use basic hand tools.
+ Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
