**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to read blueprints and instructions to fabricate parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will set up CNC machines per work instructions and utilize both manual and automated equipment to safely manufacture parts. You will plan the sequence of necessary actions for job completion, monitor machines to maintain quality, and identify issues. Additionally, you will measure and check parts for quality and correctness, select and position appropriate machines, and clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read blueprints and instructions to fabricate parts per specifications.
+ Set up CNC machines per work instructions.
+ Utilize manual and automated equipment to safely manufacture parts.
+ Plan the sequence of necessary actions for job completion.
+ Monitor machines to adjust feed, maintain quality, and identify issues.
+ Measure and check parts for quality and correctness.
+ Select appropriate machines, position, and load materials for jobs.
+ Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
+ Ensure fabrications are completed in the safest, most efficient method.
+ Review samples, drawings, and instructions to understand specifications of output.
+ Communicate any issues to the supervisor.
+ Maintain and count inventory.
+ Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of machine operation experience or 1+ years experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience working with machining equipment.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
