Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator. The candidate will be responsible for equipment set up and upkeep of saws and associated equipment, operating and troubleshooting dust collection and stacking stations, performing quality inspections, loading and unloading material into machines, preparing products for shipment, and making machine adjustments as needed.

Work Environment

This position involves working on the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed. During peak season, the 1st shift hours are from 7am to 3pm. Candidates will work up to 72 hours a week. The work environment includes exposure to a dusty setting with minor fiberglass, for which protection will be provided. The role is located at the tail end of the processing department, requiring candidates to walk through conveyor systems or over them to reach different areas of the saws. All walkways are provided and maintained in a safe manner.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Park, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
