If you have a passion for working with machines and ensuring top-notch production, we want to hear from you! **Your Role & Impact** As a **Machine Operator** , you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced machinery like HAAS Mill, MAZAK Mill and Lathe, and Saw. You will play an essential role in the production of high-quality products, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality expectations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, production goals, and continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** + **Machine Operation:** Set up, operate, and monitor HAAS Mill, MAZAK Mill and Lathe, and Saw to produce parts according to customer specifications. + **Quality Control:** Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and adhere to customer specifications. + **Safety & Efficiency:** Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols and efficiently managing production processes. + **Process Improvement:** Actively participate in continuous process improvements to enhance safety, production, and product quality. + **Direction Following:** Ability to follow detailed directions and work collaboratively with other team members. **You Must Have:** + **Experience:** Must pass written Class 2 Fabricator test. + **Safety Gear:** Provide your own safety toe shoes, long pants, and short/long sleeve shirt (no tank tops).
