Role and Responsibilities

Set up machines (recipes, changeover) to start a production runControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Load and stage raw materials semi-automated machinesComplete all production and quality paperwork as requiredAble to troubleshoot machine issues during the shiftEffectively communicate issues to lead or supervisorKeep records of approved and defective units or final productsKeep area clean and maintained around machineComplete all required safety and quality training (i.e. LOTO, GMPs)Count inventory to maintain accurate consumption


Work Experience
Knowledge of GMP standardsHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic Math and ability to read charts and valvesMay require up to 3 months of on-the-job trainingForklift Certification may be required
