**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
Candidates in this position will operate corrugated machines that make cardboard boxes. Operators work in a team environment to feed machines with boxes for labeling, setup equipment, troubleshoot and maintain the equipment they are working on.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various machines such as Flexo folder gluer machine, Label Machine, Rotary Die machine, and Corrugated printing press.
+ Feed boxes into machines for labeling.
+ Setup and adjust equipment as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operation.
+ Follow written instructions accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanically inclined
+ Any machine operating experience
+ Desire to operate machines
+ 2-5 years of experience working in a corrugated environment
+ 2+ years of experience setting up and operating a flexo folder gluer
+ Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2-3 color flexo folder experience
+ Specialty folder gluer experience

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean, well-organized, and safe facility with high ceilings and a comfortable atmosphere. The environment is fast-paced and can get a little loud when all machines are running. Shifts available are 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm M-F and 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm M-F.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
