**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Operate varying machines to produce products for the agricultural industry. Primarily operate large industrial press machines by using pedals and buttons to punch out or mold agricultural products. Load conveyor with raw material to go through an industrial oven to reach accurate temperature before being pressed. Once pressed, pick up heated material using tongs and quench product in a water solution to cool before moving to the finishing department. Meet production expectations using knowledge of routings, bill of materials, feed systems, and occasionally blueprints. Assist in moving material and/or products manually by hoist or forklift. Start machine and observe operation to detect misalignment or malfunction. Complete quality checks according to company standards. Candidates can choose to take a 30-minute unpaid lunch and work until 1:30, or a 10-minute paid lunch and work until 1pm. The facility is non-temp-controlled, which means it can get hot in the summer and feels nice in the winter. Employees take 10-minute breaks throughout the day, especially when it is hot, and switch job duties every 2 hours or so.
