**Job Title: Mixing/Blending Operator** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Mixing/Blending Operator to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for operating and adjusting mixing machines, blending machines, and steam kettles, ensuring the highest quality of our products. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the standards and specifications of our raw materials and final products. **Responsibilities** + Operate and adjust mixing machines, blending machines, and steam kettles. + Measure or weigh ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or icings using scales or graduated containers. + Observe products and adjust oven temperatures, humidity, or conveyor speeds accordingly. + Check the quality of raw materials to ensure standards and specifications are met. + Ensure equipment meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning as necessary. + Inspect products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods. **Essential Skills** + Machine operating + Machine setup + Troubleshooting + Mixing and blending + 6 months in a machine operating role + Tape measure usage + Blueprint reading + Quality inspection **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic math skills + Mechanical aptitude + Troubleshooting and problem-solving + Ability to climb stairs, bend, and stand for long periods + Capability to lift 50+ lbs **Why Work Here?** Our facility is well-lit, clean, automated, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment.
