Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Machine Operator and Make an Impact in Manufacturing!

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Schedule: M-F 11pm - 7am (3rd Shift)

Role Summary:
At PDS Tech Commercial, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support production machinery and ensure smooth operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator, your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and quality of production, playing a key role in our team’s success.
 
What You’ll Do:
In this vital position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of machinery, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the high standards that our manufacturing processes demand. Your daily responsibilities include: Set up and Operate: Ensure machines are set up to the required specifications and operate efficiently to meet production goals. Routine Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly. Quality Control: Monitor materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards. Documentation: Accurately document production processes to maintain compliance and track efficiency. Safety: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve processes for greater efficiency. Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs. as required.  
What We’re Looking For: Required: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work in a team environment. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods. Steel-toed shoes required. Preferred: Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus!

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
