**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Working in a manufacturing setting and operating machinery to ensure they run properly for production. The machinery is mostly automated and needs to be inspected and calibrated appropriately. Depending on the machinery, this could be a fast-paced environment where you must monitor the work closely. You must also document the products that come through the machines. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper production. + Inspect and calibrate automated machinery as needed. + Document products processed through machines. + Maintain high production standards while working in a fast-paced environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency in machine operation and monitoring. + Ability to perform light assembly line tasks. + Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing experience is a plus. + Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift. + Basic data entry skills. + Ability to count to 100. **Why Work Here?** You will be working with products that you might directly use or come into contact with. There are temperature-controlled rooms for certain positions. The facility has few forklifts, and appropriate PPE, including hairnets, must be worn while on the floor. Expect some variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust, and atmospheric conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Earth City, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
