Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up and operate LOB or LOS Machines. This role involves working with Punch Press or similar machines that cut or drill holes to blueprint specifications, as well as machines with laser technology for circuit boards. You will be responsible for reading and understanding blueprints, performing documentation via computer, ensuring daily production goals are met, and moving completed materials around the facility. Additionally, you will make necessary adjustments to speed, tension, timing, temperature, and related variables to meet specifications.

We offer PTO accrual while still on contract, paid holidays, the opportunity to transition from contract to union, and boot reimbursement.

Work Environment

The work environment includes 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm (Monday – Friday) and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am (Sunday – Thursday) with mandatory overtime on both shifts. You will be required to work mandatory overtime on 3rd shift (Friday Night) while 1st/2nd shift is off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.10 - $20.10/hr.
