Pay Rate: $15.02/hr
Schedule: 6am - 6:30pm - 12hour Rotating Shift (2-2-3)

What You Will Do:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production process. You’ll set up and operate a variety of manual and automated equipment, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to monitor equipment, manage materials, and troubleshoot any malfunctions will help keep production lines running at their best. With your attention to detail and commitment to safety, you’ll help create high-quality products that make a real impact.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Set up machinery and ensure all materials are available for production runs. Operate and monitor equipment, replenishing materials as needed. Visually inspect production runs for quality and document results. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate teams. Maintain cleanliness of your equipment and assigned work area. Follow safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety are met.
Required Qualifications: Forklift Operator Experience is required. Experience operating double forks is a plus. Safety Footwear Requirement: All candidates must wear ANSI Z41-compliant or equivalent protective footwear, including steel toe, puncture-resistant soles, and above-the-ankle protection. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of general work experience, with prior production/manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment in a high-speed environment. Basic math skills and strong reading comprehension abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-speed industrial or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of industrial technology and machine operation. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Schedule Requirements: Candidates must be flexible with weekly schedule changes and available for training on the first day at 9:00 AM. After training, the role will transition to 1st shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Pay Details: $15.02 per hour
