Our client, a leading packaging company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting efficient packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Machine Operator **Location:** Ontario, CA **Pay Range:** Temp-to-Hire opportunity **Work Schedule:** 7:00AM-3:30 PM - Monday-Friday **What's the Job?** + Package, handle, and protect finished materials produced on machines. + Assist other operators in the setup of machinery. + Inspect, calibrate, and check operators' setup of machinery. + Load materials onto the machine and adjust the machine to match material loaded. + Tend packaging machines and conveyors at various stages of the packaging lines to maintain efficient, continuous packaging of the product for shipment. + Math skills required must know how to convert fractions to decimals **What's Needed?** + Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. + Computer literate. + Ability to be on your feet all shift and lift up to 55 lbs. + Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity for permanent employment after a successful temporary period. + Regular shifts from Monday through Friday. + Training provided on the first shift with competitive pay. + Work in a safety-minded environment with a solid work ethic. + Join a team that values quality and production orientation.
