**Hiring: Machine Operator** **PHYSICAL POSITION - HEAVY LIFTING - MANDATORY 50 HOUR WEEKS** **$24/hr - $36/hr for OT** **Job Description** Assist in the production of building pre-cast concrete structures for sanitation purposes and storm drains. Use hand tools to ensure the integrity of the concrete form while it's drying, smoothing out areas and ensuring no imperfections. Perform other general jobs throughout the work week. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the production of pre-cast concrete structures + Use hand tools to ensure the integrity of the concrete form + Smooth out areas and ensure no imperfections in the concrete + Perform general labor tasks as needed + Read and interpret blueprints + Operate overhead cranes and other machinery + Perform tack welding as required **Essential Skills** + Mechanical inclination (e.g., work on your own car, assemble furniture, do landscaping) + Willingness to float in other areas and work 10-15 hours of overtime + Ability to work in a dirtier environment + Proficiency in reading a tape measure + Willingness to work Saturdays on occasion **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of previous manufacturing experience + 6 months of landscaping experience or experience in a manual labor position + Strong job longevity **Why Work Here?** Enjoy built-in overtime and the opportunity to cross-train into other areas. Although all work is done indoors, it is a dirty job with varying temperatures. Safety is prioritized, and the environment is very safe. Contractors must wear steel-toed boots, and all other PPE (fluorescent vest, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and earplugs) will be provided. **Good opportunity for high volume work and lots of overtime!
