**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will be working in the Prep area of production or the bottling line. This role involves exposure to water, valves, and a dirtier part of the production process which can be hotter depending on the specific area and tasks. Operators perform their own quality control procedures while the machine is running and during inspection when machines are stopped. You will monitor equipment for manual adjustments and ensure quality on the final product with checks throughout the runs. This role requires substantial walking, climbing stairs to manage processes from the second level, and working on elevated, metal graded surfaces. **Responsibilities** + Perform quality control procedures during machine operations and inspections when machines are stopped. + Monitor equipment for manual adjustments and ensure final product quality with regular checks. + Make CNC adjustments for line operation on the bottling line. + Manage processes from the second level and handle equipment such as silos, vessels, and lift systems. + Operate and troubleshoot bottling line equipment, including labeling, filling, and boxing. + Perform consistent lifting and assist in boxing and labeling at the end of the process. **Essential Skills** + Experience with manufacturing, packaging, and general labor. + Knowledge of manufacturing inspection, process control, and process flow. + Ability to perform basic math, document readings, and read gauges. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various pieces of equipment. + Experience with CNC machines, manual machinery, forklift, pallet jack, calibration, mixing, batching, and batch mixer. **Why Work Here?** You will likely receive a raise when hired directly, and we already offer competitive pay rates.
