**Job Title: Intermediate Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an Intermediate Machine Operator who will be hands-on in running and loading machines. After a training period, you will be fully responsible for the machine. This role is in a food manufacturing environment, requiring adherence to strict food PPE guidelines, including wearing hairnets and beard nets, and prohibiting jewelry of any kind. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage machinery efficiently. + Load and unload machines as part of the manufacturing process. + Troubleshoot and set up machines. + Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by wearing appropriate PPE. + Learn all aspects of machine operation to enable movement around different roles as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in machine operation. + Experience in food manufacturing. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Ability to perform machine setup. + Comprehensive understanding of production processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food manufacturing is a plus. + Ability to adapt and learn various machine operations. + Flexibility to be locked into a shift for 6 months before using a bid system to move based on seniority. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay with the opportunity for annual raises and performance bonuses. Shifts are structured as follows: A Shift: Mon, Tues, every other Wed (7 am - 7:30 pm); B Shift: Thurs, Fri, Sat, every other Wed (7 am - 7:30 pm); C Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Wed (7 pm - 7:30 am); D Shift: Thurs, Fri, Sat, every other Wed (7 pm - 7:30 am). In the Processing Room, shifts involve more heavy lifting and batch mixing, with 2nd Shift running from 3 pm to 11:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Independence, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $48692.80 - $50772.80/yr. Have the ability to earn at least a dollar raise at the end of each year, with a possible 3-6% annual performance bonus. Climate Controlled. Union is increasing pay each year as well so bump happens each March. Company Store, Massage Chairs, Provide boot and possible eye voucher.
