The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and running a single repack line, performing machine change-overs, and assisting with repairs. This role is vital in ensuring the production of high-quality products in accordance with safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Set up and run a single repack line per Manufacturer's and Departmental Specifications. + Perform machine change-overs for product run changes as determined by the production schedule. + Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to machinery. + Assist shift mechanics with major machinery repairs as needed. + Ensure case counts on all line runs and verify their accuracy with the finished product dock checker. + Verify metal detector accuracy as necessary. + Adhere to all facility safety policies and procedures, always working in a safe manner. + Maintain good housekeeping practices. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and general production. + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Ability to stand for 10 hours. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable company with consistent work throughout the year.
